Agreed with all the recent negative reviews. The attitude of the staff in this store is horrendous and lacks basic hospitality. Wouldn't blame them but the T&D and recruitment teams who hired such sub standard resources. What's shocking was the staff Robbie actually whatsapped me from his personal number after few days to leave a positive review, this is pure data theft and can't believe a company like LVMH can't adhere to basic data privacy and data security policies where the staff is stealing the company data.

Great experience today, the gentleman at the door was very welcoming and helpful. I was getting a repair done on my purse and it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently! The member of staff who repaired it for me was so friendly, on my receipt it has the name Allan so not sure if it is him- but he was fantastic. Will definitely return to this location :)

Very professional and polite. They have someone to welcome you and then someone to advise you on what you may be looking for. Very helpful when seeking presents. A very nice experience with a relaxed friendly atmosphere, no pressure, would visit again. Many thanks.

The attitude of service staff look down on customers just because they don't seem to dress elegantly. Please respect Asians. because they can spend a lot of money and not think about it. Learn how to look at people again.

I bought a “new wave multi-pochette bag” last Monday in the store located in White City. Regarding the client service i think it did not make the difference at all. After spending 2K, I was expecting a high-qualify of service, and the most disappointing think was that when I got home I realised the alarm was left in the bag. I literally felt like I bought a bag in Berskha. I had to use some pliers to manually remove the alarm because the store is far from my home. Terrible!

Very disappointed.Some people,who are working their judging book by its cover. I wanted to leave the store as soon as we were approached like this but I really needed few things but ended up buying just a perfume.

Hi, I would like to give 5 stars and would give 10 starts if I can. They really know how to look after their customers. I would recommend Lara, she is sooooo sweet and so helpful and so hard working. Always so welcoming and makes you really feel that extra special.. Lara is amazing giving you right recommendation. Also I would give 5 stars to Shamin, if I have spelt his name right. He is very helpful too and always very welcoming. Lovely staff in that store.

Horrible customer service was waiting around for 20 minutes for Chabha Nedgam to get onto a machine whilst there was 2 other machines free - manager then said she was waiting for another college to see pair of trainers we wanted a repair quote on. She got side tracked and started helping another client most likely as she fit the ‘demographic’ better have been a regular Customer to this specific store however will not be coming back.
